Miss G and Me is ready to print! I am excited that Miss G and Me will be available to the public soon. My publisher DriverWorks Ink posted: "We'll release and launch the book in February during Black History Month. Miss G and Me is a daughter's memoir of her mother's journey from Jamaica to England to rural Saskatchewan. Through anecdotes, poetry, journal writing, and personal essays, Jennifer unfolds her mother's life story of being a black woman in a mixed-race marriage, working as a nurse in two countries, and mentoring women and children of different countries and backgrounds.
